Leadership & Governance
The Foundation Board of Directors is a diverse and highly skilled group of individuals representing the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP), and the Auxiliary to the ACOFP.
Each board member brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as osteopathic medicine, healthcare leadership, nonprofit governance, and community engagement. Their collective experience and leadership skills ensure that the Foundation is guided by a deep understanding of both the medical and organizational landscapes.
This collaborative leadership team is dedicated to advancing the Foundation’s mission, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the continued growth and impact of osteopathic family medicine through thoughtful decision-making and visionary planning.
Foundation Bylaws
The ACOFP Foundation bylaws ensure that the mission of championing comprehensive osteopathic family medicine that provides high-quality care, improves patient outcomes, and reduces health disparities continues to be met. The bylaws were last updated in early 2023.
