Biography & Education


Dr. Perrine is a 2008 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he double majored in Biological Foundations of Behavior with a concentration in Neuroscience and German Language & Literature. He is a 2013 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his osteopathic family medicine residency at Penn State Health - St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Perrine received his ACOFP Fellow Award and the Most Outstanding Scientific Paper Award in 2024. He received the ACOFP Young Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year Award in 2019. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the ACOFP Foundation, he serves on the Board of Trustees for the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society.

Dr. Perrine is the Medical Director at Patient First in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys full-time clinical practice in urgent and primary care. He also precepts DO and MD residents at the Penn Medicine- Lancaster General Health Family Medicine Residency in Lancaster Pennsylvania. He previously worked at Union Community Care, a federally qualified health center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he practiced family medicine, addiction medicine, and osteopathic manipulation.
