Biography & Education
Hilary S. Haack, DO is a 2013 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Aria Health in Philadelphia, PA. She is AOA-board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Haack currently serves as the Delaware Trustee to the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physician Society. She has served on numerous committees for the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and was named the 2022 ACOFP New Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year.
Dr. Haack currently practices outpatient family medicine with TidalHealth Medical Partners in Millsboro, DE. She is a current member of the Physician Excellence Committee and a medical student and nurse practitioner student preceptor.
Dr. Haack lives in Berlin, MD with her husband and children. She enjoys living near the beach, spending time with friends and family, exercising, and dining out.
